The solution

To achieve their objectives, Syntura was selected and first engaged with the group to define the right roadmap to progress from their legacy state to their vision.

This initial phase, supported by a series of Microsoft Cloud Accelerator Workshops, enabled Syntura to gain a deep understanding of point technical challenges prohibiting progress to date. The workshops also helped to understand where the business saw the greatest value and to deliver security and compliance proof of concepts to lay the groundwork for successful cloud adoption.

Following the discovery and planning stages, the programme shifted focus into an accelerated readiness journey where Syntura worked with the Bank’s IT and ISO teams to enrol all global devices into Intune, remediate Azure Active Director and identities, prepare devices and prepare users for the upcoming transformation.

Through a high velocity transformation, the bank group were able to deliver cloud services, modern browsers, security enhancements and ways of working changes to over 2,000 employees in just over 14 weeks.
